“Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from Him.” Psalm127:3

Welcome to Abundant Preschool of Learning,

As we celebrate our 10th year serving the community of Rancho Cucamonga, our #1 goal is to continue our commitment to creating a high-quality early care and learning experience in a Christ-centered environment.  Abundant Preschool of Learning (APL) is passionate about this, as we know the important role that activities, caregivers, and environments play in supporting the growth and development of children.  We truly understand how the seeds that we plant at this early stage, will impact children’s educational development in the future.

Everyday our team is privileged to gain insight into the love and involvement each family displays.  Abundant Preschool of Learning families have a true desire to nurture their child(ren) at each stage of their lives.  Our team looks forward to how we can communicate, collaborate, and pursue the goals that families have for their child(ren).  We appreciate this reciprocal relationship and value the gift that families entrust to our program daily.

There is critical work to be done with children everyday as they arrive to school, as 80% of a child’s brain is developed by the age of 3.  To support this, APL’s daily focus is to: 1) improve child outcomes; 2) foster programmatic growth; and 3) create supportive environments.  I am charged by my staff’s dedication to the program, as well as supporting their endeavors in the classroom.

You can expect Abundant Preschool of Learning to:

  • Display a strong commitment to the program- by staff having a strong desire to positively impact the lives of the APL children, families, and staff.

  • Support a culture of excellence- through positively promoting best practices in the field of child development.

  • Create a high-quality preschool experience- by utilizing nationally recognized tools to gauge our current level of care and systematically create sustainable growth.

  • Embrace professional growth and development- by implementing a system of coaching, training, and development to ensure the decisions we make for children are supported by current knowledge of child development and early childhood education.

  • Ensure families know that children are safe and secure- by creating systems to ensure protective measures.

  • Place a high-priority on teacher-child interactions- by incorporating research-based practices that build positive relationships to support learning.

Our Goal

Our educational programs are designed to create an atmosphere of success and a genuine interest in learning.  As children play through discovery and exploration, they proceed from one stage to the next. At APL we strive to provide a physical environment that is safe and stimulating to foster the five selves of a child; cognitive, social-emotional, physical, language and creative.
